We offer a fundamental study of Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu with a work and you own pace approach. Mondays are
focused on traditional Gi
applications, while
Wednesdays are centered around applying technique to No-Gi sport
Jiu-Jitsu.

Our Focus mitt
training offers a fundamental approach to Kick Boxing with the
focus of cardio activity. Students will learn self-defense
through a number system that teaches boxing and American
Kickboxing combinations.
